Our quality control starts from the materials.

The Screws: We use only high-strength stainless steel screws in our machines, as these are the only screws that can securely hold the components over the long term. To ensure the most suitable fixation for each component, we use over 150 different types of screws to assemble our machines.

The wires: The wire are like the blood vessels of the machine, so they must be safety,efficient and durable.Therefore,we only use wires that exceed the industry regular standards to assemble our machines.To meet the standards in different regions, we use wires with UL or CE certifications in our machines. This can ensure our products operate securely in the specified areas.

The Cabinet: There are so many precise electronic components in an amusement game machine.A sturdy cabinet is the guardian of the entire machine, so we place great emphasis on its quality.

Our wooden cabinets are made with high-density and high-hardness fiber board.the thickness is 15mm with 8 layers.The material is high load-bearing,heat-resistant and cold-resistant,it will not deform even working for a long term.

Our metal cabinets are made with the high-hardness metal plate in at least 1.5mm thickness, covered by high-quality paint spraying. They excel in acid-resistant,alkali-resistant and cooling performance.

Because of the protection of these sturdy cabinets, our machines can work in various environments.

In additional to the sturdy cabinets, we have equipped all machines with large-sized universal wheels, in order to moving the machines conveniently.

The lights:A well-designed lighting effect can greatly enhance an amusement machine, allowing players to enjoy their experience in a pleasant atmosphere. Therefore, Palm Fun crafts great effort into creating custom lighting for every machine. We use high-quality LED light panels and strips, which are known for their stable illumination, accurate color rendering, and quick response. Even after many hours of intense daily operation, they maintain their brightness same as origin.

To ensure the safety of the LED strips, we first apply heat-resistant insulating tape before attaching the light strips. The strips are then reinforced with hot melt adhesive. Additionally, special reinforcement is applied to the strip connectors to prevent short circuits and electrical leakage.

Assembly Process:

During the machine assembly process, Palm Fun pays close attention to detail, ensuring that every component inside each machine works seamlessly together. We pre-drill holes in the cabinet and use connectors to secure the wiring harnesses on both sides with clips, ensuring that the harnesses do not come loose due to vibrations.

Palm Fun understands that neat and uniform wiring arrangement is crucial for the machine's future maintenance and repair. Therefore, the wiring harnesses inside our machines are sectioned and bundled with cable ties, securely fastened within the chassis. We do not compromise on proper wiring layout just to save materials. This is not only for the machine's stable operation but also to make it easier for technicians to perform inspections.

To prevent the transmission structure components from loosening due to vibrations,we usually use nylon-insert lock nuts to fix.Compared to the standard lock nuts,nylon-insert lock nuts provide the better anti-vibration performance for the equipment.

   

During the assembly process, every team strictly follows the assembly steps to prevent errors. All pre-assembled parts are neatly arranged and only installed into the machine after passing quality inspection.

 

 

 

 

Ensuring the safe operation of the machine is also a key consideration during assembly. To prevent electrical leakage, we add grounding wires; and to prevent static electricity from damaging the machine during operation, we add anti-static strips at appropriate locations.

It can be said that Palm Fun goes to great lengths in the assembly process, striving to impress customers with the most perfect products.

Supply Chain Components:

The quality of components determines the operational performance of a machine. To make our machine more excellent, palm Fun will only use high-quality parts from renowned brands in assembling our products.

All the glass used in our machines is CE-certified high-strength tempered glass, capable of withstanding vibrations during transport and handling.

 

The motors and engines in our machines are also from major brands, such as Zhejiang Linix, and are imported from Taiwan.

In order to make the machine more reliable and secure,we equip it with a powerful “heart” - the best power supply.All the power supplies in our machines are CE & UKCA certificated, and they are manufactured by the renowned enterprises. They will supply the power to the machine components with stable voltage. After working for tens of hours continuously,the power supplies still maintain an optimal temperature because of their excellent heat dispersion.
